Description
Loudoun County Public Schools is seeking multiple contractors to provide general electrical services at its schools and educational support buildings. The scope includes preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, alterations, new installations, and repairs for building electrical and lighting systems and components, including emergency and non-emergency response. Contractors must provide licensed electricians, including at least one Virginia journeyman electrician on each project, a dedicated project manager, required equipment and trained operators, permits and inspections, traffic control when applicable, and compliance with applicable NEC, NFPA, OSHA, VDOT, and other safety requirements. The contract is intended to begin upon award and includes four additional one-year renewal options. Offerors must submit an approach and implementation plan, references and related experience, organizational and staffing qualifications, financial information, required exhibits, pricing, proof of insurance, and a W-9. The solicitation permits multiple awards and requires electronic submission through the LCPS Electronic Bidding System.
