Description
The City of Roseville Parks, Recreation & Libraries Department is pre-qualifying primary contractors for new construction and rehabilitation projects involving parks, recreation facilities, and libraries during the 2027 calendar year. Contractors must complete the prequalification questionnaire and provide the requested supporting materials to be placed on the qualified bidders list; subcontractors are not required to pre-qualify. The qualification process evaluates organizational history and structure, safety, financial solvency and bonding capacity, legal and regulatory compliance, and recent park and recreation construction experience. Applicants must demonstrate at least six completed new public park construction projects within the last three years, with no more than three rehabilitation projects counted toward the requirement. A current California contractor's license, Department of Industrial Relations registration, insurance, bonding information, and other questionnaire-specific documentation are required. Certified Small Business, Minority Business, and Women-Owned Business Enterprises may submit qualifying certification documentation in lieu of certain financial statements.
