Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for eight flashlights, NSN 6230-01-706-4743, part number 992023, manufactured by First-Light USA LLC (CAGE 4G8J3). The requirement is for supply and delivery, with a 20-day delivery period, FOB origin, destination inspection and acceptance, and no quantity variance permitted. Packaging must comply with the stated DLA requirements, including applicable hazardous-material packaging, commercial packaging under ASTM D3951 when nonhazardous, MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling, and palletization requirements. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside and requires quotes to be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
