Description
Capital City Development Corporation is soliciting bids to replace and upgrade the existing security camera system across seven ParkBOI public parking garages—six existing facilities and one future garage. The work includes furnishing and installing cameras, a cloud-based video management system with advanced video-query and forensic-search tools, analytics, programming, testing, training, support, cybersecurity features, cloud retention, licensing, and related components. Existing network switches are to be used where capacity permits; additional managed PoE switches must be furnished and installed when required by the proposed system. Existing owner-owned cameras must be removed and salvaged. Bidders must provide a base bid covering labor, materials, equipment, permitting, and related costs, plus a ten-year subscription/SaaS/licensing fee. Four additive alternates cover additional system tiers. The bid must identify proposed manufacturers and camera product lines and certify compliance with the contract requirements. A public works contractor's license is required, and the project includes phased completion requirements for the existing garages and the future 1010 Jefferson facility.
