Description
Ada County Highway District is soliciting electronically sealed bids for removal and replacement of existing pavement markings on concrete pavement with thermoplastic markings along Cloverdale Road from Franklin Road to Executive Drive in Boise, Idaho. The work includes obliterating conflicting markings, installing lane lines, no-passing lines, turn-lane markings, bike-lane and channelizing markings, crosswalks, stop bars, railroad markings, arrows, and other pavement symbols. The contractor must perform nighttime work between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., provide traffic control devices and flaggers, maintain vehicle and pedestrian access, and prepare construction staging, traffic control, pedestrian temporary traffic control, and stormwater management plans. The contractor must also provide bid security equal to 10% of the proposal, hold the required Idaho public works license, and comply with the specified bonding, insurance, erosion-control, and stormwater requirements. Work must be completed by December 11, 2026.
