Description
The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies is proposing to obtain continued testing services from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) for engineering and surveying licensing board programs. The scope includes computer-based Fundamentals of Engineering, Fundamentals of Surveying, Principles and Practice of Surveying, and applicable engineering examinations, as well as regional 16-hour structural examinations administered by pencil and paper until transition to computer-based testing. NCEES would provide candidate registration, examination administration, testing equipment and security procedures, scoring and results reporting, accommodations, customer support, NCEES Record and experience reviews, examination data management, reporting, and business-continuity services. The notice invites prospective competitors to submit comments or objections to the sole-source determination by email, with the document ID included in the subject line.
