Description
The City of Colorado Springs is seeking a quote for renewal of specified Adobe subscriptions for November 18, 2026, through November 17, 2027. The requested quantities are 725 Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses, 2 Adobe Captivate licenses, 5 Adobe Express licenses, 33 Adobe All Apps licenses, 3 Adobe InDesign licenses, 1 Adobe Lightroom license, 12 Adobe Photoshop licenses, and 4 Adobe Premiere Pro licenses. Quantities may change slightly to match the actual license count at renewal. Offerors must provide pricing and delivery information for the specific products listed and submit a quote on company letterhead. The solicitation does not accept like or equal products. The bidder must also complete and electronically upload the Representations and Certifications document. A technology data rider may apply depending on the awarded solution, and insurance certificates are required before performance begins.
