Description
Neshoba County is soliciting proposals for an integrated Circuit Clerk accounting and marriage-license software solution for its existing IBM i (AS/400/iSeries) server environment. The solution must support court financial operations, including multiple bank accounts, receipts, disbursements, defendant payments, restitution, settlement checks, bank reconciliation, state-mandated reporting, aging reports, and auditable transaction histories. The marriage component must process Mississippi marriage licenses, capture applicant and ceremony information, generate required records and certified copies, support public marriage searches, produce state reports, and print data onto pre-printed forms. The vendor must provide licensing, installation, configuration, implementation, testing, data conversion or migration, training, ongoing technical support, maintenance, updates, and version upgrades. Remote installation, compatibility with existing IBM i applications and access tools, an implementation plan, training plan, support plan, pricing, exceptions, references, and a completed response matrix are required. The anticipated initial term is one year beginning with implementation and production use, with renewal options subject to applicable law and the final contract.
