Description
Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government’s Department of Public Health and Wellness is soliciting proposals for a one-time comprehensive provider credentialing and enrollment project. The selected vendor will audit the agency’s Provider Type 20 enrollment and approximately 30 individual providers, identify missing documentation and broken payer linkages, build or update CAQH profiles, submit and track Kentucky Medicaid applications, and complete group enrollment packets. The scope includes enrollment and roster linking with Kentucky Medicaid and five managed-care organizations: Passport Health Plan by Molina Healthcare, Aetna Better Health of Kentucky, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Kentucky, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kentucky, and Wellcare of Kentucky. Deliverables include a baseline status matrix, application and discrepancy-resolution support, written confirmation of active in-network status and effective billing dates, and a standard operating procedure checklist for future provider credentialing. The agency desires completion within 90 to 120 calendar days after contract award, subject to payer backlogs. Proposals must address the discovery methodology, Kentucky Medicaid and Provider Type 20 experience, turnaround and escalation procedures, knowledge-transfer approach, and detailed cost information, including hourly rates and a not-to-exceed price.
