Description
The Purchasing Cooperative of America, acting on behalf of a Texas awarding agency and current and future cooperative members, is seeking one or more contractors for extra-duty police officer details, scheduling software, and related products and services. The scope may include access control, road-job details, executive protection, traffic control, event security, employee-termination security, receivership asset-seizure support, crossing guards, dispatching, law enforcement, security guards, and patrol services. Vendors may propose products only, services only, or any combination they routinely provide to public-sector entities, and may respond on a local, regional, statewide, and/or national basis. This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity cooperative contract solicitation rather than a solicitation for a specific project or guaranteed quantity. Multiple awards may be made. Responses must address the vendor’s qualifications, experience, public-sector references, proposed products and services, performance capability, scope and specifications, pricing, and any value-added offerings. The response package includes the required offer and certification forms, vendor questionnaire, insurance certificate, scope-and-specifications response, pricing response, company logo, and the complete original solicitation.
