Description
Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District seeks multiple pre-approved vendors to provide law-enforcement and security equipment, operational supplies, uniforms, personal protective equipment, and related services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes police vehicles and vehicle equipment, body-worn and in-car cameras, radio systems, firearms and ammunition, tactical gear, traffic-control devices, K9 equipment, surveillance and access-control systems, alarm systems, office supplies, first-aid kits, AEDs, police and security uniforms, PPE, and training materials and services. Vendors may respond to applicable categories and must provide product information, distinguishing features, pricing or catalog discounts, and a current catalog, price list, or online pricing URL. Optional services require an explanation of the services, delivery approach, unique features, and pricing. Awards may be made incrementally to multiple vendors throughout the solicitation period. The contract provides for one year from award, with four additional one-year renewal options by mutual consent.
