Description
The Georgia Department of Administrative Services, State Purchasing Division, is conducting an open Request for Proposals to establish a statewide contract with one or more qualified suppliers for police pursuit vehicles, special service and special operations vehicles, and police motorcycles. The procurement covers vehicle categories including automobiles, police and security-equipped vehicles, SUVs, trucks, ambulances and rescue vehicles, incident-response vehicles, and motorcycles. The contract uses a line-item structure and may result in multiple awards. Suppliers must provide compliant vehicle offerings, pricing, required certifications and licenses, contract experience and references, customer-service, warranty, recall, delivery, and marketing information, together with the completed cost workbook. The solicitation identifies an initial contract period with four one-year renewal periods. Responses must be submitted electronically through the state's sourcing event, and an optional but highly recommended offerors' conference is scheduled through Microsoft Teams.
