Description
The Nunatsiavut Government is seeking qualified contractors to provide complete residential energy-efficiency retrofit services under the 2026 Nunatsiavut Energy Efficiency Retrofit Program. The scope includes labor, supervision, project management, materials, equipment, procurement, transportation, storage, subcontractor coordination, commissioning, warranty support, and related resources. Approved work is divided into two construction phases and may include residential air sealing; attic, foundation, header, and crawlspace insulation; cold-climate air-source heat pump installations; triple-pane window replacements; exterior and basement door replacements; high-efficiency woodstove replacements; occupancy sensors; and photocell lighting controls. Contractors must price property-specific work, coordinate with homeowners and the Nunatsiavut Government, comply with applicable codes, provide warranty support, and remain responsible for subcontracted work. Proposals must include organizational and project experience, key personnel information, references, pricing, proposed products, Inuit content information, and completed pricing and Inuit content schedules.
