Description
The 185th Air Refueling Wing is seeking a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control required for mold remediation at Building 269. The firm-fixed-price contract includes a base requirement to demolish and replace 300 damaged, moisture-stained ceiling tiles, plus five priced options covering content removal and cleaning, HEPA vacuuming and wet wiping, carpet cleaning, drywall and ceiling-tile demolition and replacement, trim and cove-base work, wallpaper partition removal, door and window cleaning, and HVAC duct demolition and cleaning. Work areas range from approximately 1,150 to 13,000 square feet and must follow the attached mold assessment and testing report and performance work statement. The period of performance is one year. Services must be performed in person at the facility during the stated weekday operating hours; teleworking is not authorized. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside, and award will be made to the lowest-priced quote meeting the minimum specifications. A completed Attachment 1 Vendor Information and Pricing Sheet is required, with conditional representations and certifications required when not current in the vendor's SAM profile or when applicable to a small-business joint venture.
