Description
Beresford School District 61-2 is requesting competitive sealed proposals from a qualified design-build contractor for a public school facilities improvement project at its South Campus. The scope includes replacing two existing rooftop units, RTU-1 and RTU-3, serving the Northeast Classrooms. The work also includes all required temperature controls, mechanical and electrical work, and air testing and balancing. Proposals will be evaluated equally on total cost, proposed personnel, familiarity with the District’s existing HVAC infrastructure, previous project performance, and ability to complete the work within the specified schedule. The selected contractor must provide proof of its ability to furnish a faithful-performance and payment-obligations bond equal to the proposal amount and certify that it is not a prohibited entity under applicable South Dakota law.
