Description
The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners and authorized representatives for a fully serviced office lease in Winter Haven, Florida. The requirement is for exactly 11,066 ABOA square feet of office space and 55 surface parking spaces, within the area bounded by SR 544 to the north, SR 540 to the south, US 27 to the east, and 42nd Street to the west. Offered space must meet federal fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, and floodplain requirements. Expressions of interest must identify the building name and address, representative contact information, available ABOA and rentable square footage by floor, full-service rental rates, and operating costs. Representatives other than the owner or property manager must provide written authorization from the owner. The lease has a 10-year full term and a 5-year firm term; occupancy is estimated for June 1, 2028.
