Description
The City seeks a qualified contractor to perform roadway and intersection improvements, including pavement removal and replacement, asphalt paving, curbs, sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways, drainage work, water-main and hydrant work, signage, pavement markings, and traffic signal-related work. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, traffic control, and site cleanup, and perform the work in accordance with the project plans and applicable Ohio Department of Transportation and City specifications. The bid package includes a detailed schedule of work items and quantities, an equipment list, bidder references for similar municipal work within 30 miles, and information about management and supervisory personnel experience. The project is subject to Ohio prevailing-wage requirements. Work may commence on or after January 4, 2027, and is to be substantially completed by October 29, 2027.
