Description
Shawnee County is soliciting Phase II technical proposals, including conceptual design, and concurrent Phase III construction cost and time proposals from prequalified design-build teams for a complete renovation of the Maner Conference Center at the Stormont Vail Events Center. The estimated total project budget is $7 million to $8 million. The scope includes interior renovation of conference and meeting rooms; audiovisual and technology modernization; HVAC replacement and energy-efficiency improvements; electrical, lighting, fire protection, life-safety, and ADA accessibility upgrades; restroom renovations; interior finishes and furnishings; exterior remodeling; parking-area and site improvements; and related design, construction management, and building services. The Phase III proposal must address the complete design and construction scope and include bid security. Only one file may be uploaded through the county bid portal.
