Description
Pinellas County Construction & Property Management is seeking multiple qualified vendors for as-needed HVAC services at County-owned and County-operated facilities. The scope includes routine, urgent, and emergency diagnostics and repairs; refrigerant, electrical, mechanical, and component work; equipment replacement, retrofit, modification, removal, disposal, installation, startup, testing, and closeout; and technical support for maintenance decisions, equipment selection, cost estimating, project development, and service continuity. The opportunity also includes HVAC controls and building automation system troubleshooting, repair, programming, adjustment, integration, testing, and operational support. Vendors may propose full-service or specialized capabilities and must identify applicable licenses, experience, personnel, equipment, response capacity, geographic coverage, manufacturer or controls-platform authorizations, subcontractor use, labor rates, and equipment, parts, and material markups. The County intends to establish a multi-vendor pool with a 36-month initial agreement term and one possible 24-month extension. A minimum of three similar contracts completed within the past seven years is required, and four professional references must be provided before award.
