Description
Pinellas County is soliciting a contractor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for air compressors used by its Solid Waste and Public Works departments. Work must follow manufacturer specifications and industry best practices and include inspections of mechanical and electrical components, control systems, safety devices, and air-drying or moisture-control equipment; replacement of recommended parts, lubricants, filters, and consumables; and detailed maintenance reports after each service visit. The contract also requires qualified technicians, scheduled maintenance coordination, maintenance scheduling and compliance tracking, and 24/7/365 emergency troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair support at departmental facilities. Pricing must include routine maintenance labor and materials without additional charges. The solicitation requests a contractor acceptance form, a description of maintenance procedures, a proposed inspection schedule, an emergency response plan, technician qualifications, pricing, and proposed delivery time.
