Description
Pinellas County Animal Services is soliciting a vendor to supply and deliver a broad range of veterinary drugs and consumable animal healthcare products on an as-needed basis. The requested items include vaccines, syringes and needles, sutures, anesthetic drugs, medications, euthanasia solution, PPE, and hospital supplies. Generic products are preferred where available, with original-manufacturer products requested when no generic is available; the vendor must identify proposed products and provide pricing by item or group. The contract is intended to provide continuous supply for an initial 36-month term, with a possible additional 24-month extension. Delivery is FOB destination within Pinellas County, with a maximum shipping time of two days after receipt of an order. Estimated quantities are not guaranteed, and the pricing proposal includes an estimated annual unspecified-materials amount of $25,000 and an estimated 36-month total of $75,000 for those materials. Bidders must submit pricing through the electronic procurement system, demonstrate three similar contracts completed within the past seven years, and provide at least four similar customer references.
