The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through the Department of General Services, Bureau of Procurement, is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) to solicit applications from responsible and responsive contractors for per diem nursing services. These services will be short-term, not exceeding 90 days, and will include direct care from Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for various Commonwealth agencies. Contractors must be registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and have a vendor number. Qualification requirements include a minimum of ten years of experience in the relevant commodity codes, submission of the Iran Free Certification Form, and the Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form. Service categories available for qualification include Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (including a corrections-specific qualification), Registered Nurse (RN) Direct Care, Correctional Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN), Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) in various specialties, and Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) Psychiatry. Contractors must possess current Pennsylvania licensure and meet specific experience and skill requirements for each category. Any contract awarded will have a term of five years from the ITQ issuance date, with no renewals available.
