The Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services is conducting a Request for Information regarding available nursing home beds for sexually violent predators. The agency states that this is an information-gathering effort only, not a solicitation for services, and that it is not currently seeking proposals or accepting unsolicited proposals. Responses will be used for informational and planning purposes and will not be a prerequisite for participating in any future procurement.
