Description
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting bids for snow and ice removal services for Free Library locations in Region 3, identified as the Southwest and West areas. The solicitation may be awarded as a whole or by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and bidders must quote all items to be eligible for award. Services will be ordered and delivered on an as-needed basis during the contract term, with no minimum quantity guaranteed. The solicitation package includes the regional map, service specifications, terms and conditions, seller checklist, consent and authorization materials, LGBTQ applicant data form, and price increase/decrease instructions.
