Description
Londonderry Township is soliciting construction bids for the replacement of the superstructures on bridges LDT-102 on Gingrich Road and LDT-103 on Zion Road. The work includes removing the existing bridge superstructures, cutting and capping the existing substructures, and constructing new COSTARS-supplied superstructures. The bid must include a bid bond or certified check of at least 10%, an executed non-collusion affidavit, a Public Works Employment Verification Form, evidence of authority to do business in Pennsylvania or a covenant to obtain that authority, and an Equal Employment Opportunity certification. The project is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing-wage requirements and applicable public-works employment-verification requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically through PennBID.
