Description
Marple Township is requesting proposals from an architectural and engineering team to provide comprehensive services for interior renovations at the Marple Township Library. The scope includes project planning and management; Design Development; Construction Documents; bidding support; and Construction Administration and project closeout. Required disciplines may include architecture, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, communications, audio-visual, and low-voltage systems engineering. The selected team will develop drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates, phasing plans, bid packages, and contract documents; assist with contractor questions, addenda, bid evaluation, and contract awards; participate in pre-bid, pre-construction, and construction meetings; review submittals, schedules, RFIs, and change orders; conduct site visits; and provide closeout support and final as-built drawings. Proposals must provide fixed professional fees by phase, a work schedule, and confirmation that the scope includes management of the overall $1.5 million project budget, including professional fees, construction costs, and related project costs.
