Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks capability information from qualified contractors able to provide on-site perfusionist and autotransfusion services equivalent to those delivered by a state-of-the-art civilian cardiovascular center. Services must meet American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion standards and support emergency coverage, credential maintenance, quality assurance, Joint Commission requirements, VA guidelines, and national perfusion performance criteria. Responses are limited to five pages and must include a capability statement, business information, relevant past performance, answers to market-knowledge questions concerning staffing and recruitment in the San Antonio region, technology and patient-outcome tracking, compliance, competency maintenance, emergency backup staffing, and experience supporting VA heart-center or similar high-acuity programs. Respondents may also provide up to one additional page addressing innovations, surge staffing, and local partnerships. This is market research only and is not a solicitation or award notice.
