Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane is soliciting a sole-source, brand-name-only blanket purchase agreement for General Dynamics Mission Systems KG-204 Multi-Platform Encryptors, including KG204-2 embedments, KG-204 repair services, and extended warranty support. The agreement will support orders issued as requirements arise; individual calls may include firm-fixed-price supplies or repair services, with a maximum call value of $350,000 and a total BPA ceiling of $1,000,000 over four years. Pricing is not required with the initial response and will be requested through later RFQs for individual calls. The contractor must maintain CMMC Level 2 (Self) status before award and throughout performance, provide required commercial certificates of conformance and repair reports when applicable, comply with DoD unique-identification requirements for covered items, and support WAWF receiving-report and payment processes. The solicitation identifies General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. as the only manufacturer and states that the requirement is based on items peculiar to one manufacturer.
