Description
The City of Columbus, Indiana, is soliciting bids for one 2027 single-axle dump chipper truck with a snowplow option. The bidder must complete and submit the provided Single Axle Chipper Truck Specifications form and provide a copy of the vehicle warranty document. The response must also include a signed and notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit, a signed and notarized Comprehensive Compliance Form, and bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount. Bid security may be submitted as a digital copy with the bid; the apparent low bidder must provide the original bid bond or certified check within 72 hours after bid opening. The bid must be submitted electronically through Euna Procurement powered by Ion Wave.
