Description
The City of Canton is soliciting bids from suppliers for as-needed street, highway, aggregate, bituminous road, asphalt, Portland cement concrete, and related materials. The solicitation includes delivered materials and materials loaded onto City trucks or distributors, with pricing requested for numerous limestone, gravel, aggregate, asphalt, tack coat, concrete, additive, and delivery-charge items. Materials must comply with applicable State of Ohio, City of Canton, and Ohio Department of Transportation specifications and standards. The City may award multiple or split contracts, provides no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase quantity, and may order approximately 13,000 tons annually of certain specified #304 gravel and limestone products. The initial contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with a possible 30-day extension and mutually agreed one-year renewals thereafter.
