Description
The City of Mercier is requesting proposals for professional services to maintain and sample all septic systems within its territory that use tertiary disinfection treatment by ultraviolet radiation. The work is intended to support compliance with Quebec Regulation Q-2, r. 22 concerning the evacuation and treatment of wastewater from isolated residences. The estimated contract period is 36 months. Bids must be prepared using the forms supplied by the City, including completed annexes, and submitted in paper format in a sealed envelope. The solicitation is open to competitive bidding, and questions must be submitted in French to the designated contracting authority no later than seven days before bid opening.
