Description
Hillsborough County is soliciting competitive sealed bids for a one-time purchase and delivery of brand-specific sanitary sewer composite manhole ring/frame and lid/cover assemblies. The specified product is Composite Access Products, L.P. Cap One, product code A-1BK24S4-H01H01SS-H1, with no substitutions permitted. Assemblies must include the specified County and sanitary sewer markings, 316 stainless steel hardware, neoprene gasket, molded composite construction, metal detectability, HS-20/HS-25 proof-load compliance, and a watertight rating of 0.0 GPM. Freight is included, and delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of the County's purchase order to the County's West (North) Warehouse. Addendum No. 1 confirms that this solicitation is for materials only and that no installation services are required. Bids must be submitted through Euna Procurement by October 19, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time; paper, email, fax, and other submission methods are not accepted. The award is expected to go to a single bidder offering all line items at the lowest responsive and responsible price. The project estimate is $78,000. Bid, performance, and payment surety are not required. Insurance requirements apply, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation and employers' liability, and other coverages identified as applicable in the insurance requirements document.
