Description
The Township of Hanover is soliciting sealed bids for storm drainpipe replacement from Countrywood Drive to Apple Tree Lane. The principal construction item is 660 linear feet of 24-inch Class III reinforced concrete pipe. Bids must use the standard proposal forms, be submitted in sealed envelopes, and include a Certificate of Surety, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and either a certified check or bid bond for at least 10% of the bid amount, capped at $20,000 and not less than $500. The successful contractor must provide performance and payment surety bonds. Applicable requirements include New Jersey prevailing-wage, public-works contractor registration, business registration, equal-employment and affirmative-action, and pay-to-play provisions.
