Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a supplier for a single-lot purchase and delivery of 250 laptops, 138 tablets, and 27 professional desktop computers. The laptops must include at least 13th-generation Intel i7 or Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus processors, Copilot+ compatibility, OLED displays, 16 GB memory, and 1 TB SSD storage. Tablets must meet specified Android, 5G, storage, display, camera, battery, and connectivity requirements and include rugged protective cases and charging accessories. Desktop computers must include professional configurations with Windows 11 Pro, monitors, keyboard, mouse, required connectivity, and compatible power equipment. The equipment must be new, delivered within 14 days, and supplied under the stated Incoterms. The desktop equipment must be installed and tested before acceptance. The supplier must provide at least a one-year warranty and local after-sales support. The response must include the completed and signed company profile and technical and financial offer forms, recent contract experience, tax documentation, gender-equality policies, and satisfactory-performance certificates from three major similar clients.
