Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Division of Migratory Birds, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for statistical analysis and preparation of the Kachemak Bay Brachyramphus Murrelet Statistical Analysis and Final Report. The scope includes population estimation, trend analysis, spatial density and habitat modeling, regional synthesis, and delivery of a final technical report with supporting analysis materials. The notice identifies ABR, Inc. as the only source currently considered reasonably available because of its project-specific knowledge of the survey methodology, field conditions, datasets, and reporting requirements. This is a sole-source notice rather than a request for competitive quotations, but responsible sources may submit pricing and capability information demonstrating their ability to perform the work within the stated period.
