Description
The City of Wadsworth is soliciting sealed bids for the South Pardee and Mills Street Storm Improvements Project, Contract 2026-410. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for a 30-inch storm sewer, new manholes, connection to the existing storm sewer, water service and mainline replacement, sidewalk replacement, full-depth pavement reconstruction, pavement repair, concrete curbing, and drive aprons. The engineer's estimate for the base bid is $707,700. The project must attain substantial completion by April 30, 2027. Bidders must be qualified by experience and properly equipped, comply with applicable prevailing-wage and domestic-steel requirements, and submit the required bid guarantee, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Statement of Bidder Resources and Experience. The bid book must be purchased from AA Blueprint to be considered for the project.
