Description
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management is soliciting bids from contractors already prequalified under the Stage I Janitorial Contractors process and listed on DFCM’s prequalified janitorial contractors list. Services are required at seven Vernal-area facilities: the Vernal Employment Center, Vernal Division of Health and Human Services, 8th District Juvenile Courthouse, Vernal 8th District Courthouse, Vernal DNR Wildlife Office, Vernal Driver License facility, and Vernal DSPD Building. The contract term is three years. Bidders must complete the online bid table, upload the required Janitorial Services Proposed Hours and Personnel Forms for the applicable buildings, provide required contractor and contact information, acknowledge addenda, and complete the required certifications. The response is not received until the bidder clicks “Submit and Finalize My Submission” in the procurement portal.
