Uinta County is seeking professional engineering services to work with county personnel on replacing the water system at its fairgrounds. The selected firm will survey the existing facility, assess current requirements, anticipate future needs, and develop preliminary plans, specifications, and cost estimates that may be used for subsequent construction. The firm must be licensed in Wyoming and hold all required state and city licenses. The work requires the ability to meet with county personnel both on site and remotely. Preliminary plans and cost estimates are needed by the end of March 2027 for the county’s 2027–2028 budget planning.
