Description
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management is soliciting Stage II bids from contractors that were prequalified under the applicable Stage I process and remain on the DFCM Prequalified Contractors list. The project involves replacing rooftop units, installing ducting from the units to heat pumps, and performing controls work. The stated construction cost estimate is $400,000. Bidders must complete the online BidTable, provide a bid bond, and submit the required contractor, business, contact, and signature-authority information. A subcontractors list must also be emailed to dfcmcontracts@utah.gov by the solicitation deadline. The bid must remain valid for 45 days after bid opening, and the bidder must certify that it has reviewed the applicable DFCM General Conditions.
