Description
The North Texas Municipal Water District is seeking a contractor to demolish and legally dispose of one existing building structure on an approximately 1,800-acre property in Red River County. A second building may be demolished at the District’s discretion as an optional teardown. The work includes complete removal and disposal in accordance with the solicitation specifications. The contractor must provide the labor, equipment, transportation, utility disconnections and terminations, permits, disposal fees, site cleanup, and restoration required for the work. The contractor must protect surrounding property and comply with applicable safety and environmental requirements. The solicitation package includes Addenda 1 and 2; Addendum 2 changes the bid deadline to October 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM Central Time and must be acknowledged with the submission.
