Description
The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission is seeking qualified vendors to provide investigative background check services for Marijuana Establishment licenses and applicants, as required by Massachusetts General Laws chapter 94G and regulations 935 CMR 500.000 and 935 CMR 501.000. The solicitation identifies human resources and detective services as applicable service categories. Responses must be submitted electronically through the procurement posting, and questions must be submitted through that posting by the stated deadline. The solicitation includes an RFR response template, Prompt Pay Discount Form, and Business Reference Form.
