Description
This is a Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) for the Professional Audit and Support Services (PASS) method of supply, issued by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Government of Canada. The RFSA seeks to establish non-binding Supply Arrangements (SAs) with qualified suppliers to provide professional audit and support services across eight streams: Internal Audit, Internal Audit Quality Assessments, Information Technology and Systems Audit, Forensic Audit, External Audit, Financial and Accounting Services, Internal Control Training, and Recipient/Contribution Agreement Audit. Services are to be delivered to federal departments and agencies across Canada, excluding certain Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement areas. The SA is valid until July 31, 2028, with an option to extend for an additional five years. Suppliers may qualify for one or more streams and select regions/metropolitan areas. The solicitation includes mandatory technical criteria requiring project summaries and resource CVs. There is no financial submission required for SA qualification. The opportunity is open to both new and existing suppliers, with quarterly refresh periods allowing ongoing qualification.
