The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is soliciting proposals for the lease of approximately 5,600 square feet of usable area for classroom, lab, office, and secured outdoor training space. The space must be located in one of the following municipalities: Auburn, Boylston, Grafton, Holden, Leicester, Millbury, Paxton, Shrewsbury, West Boylston, or Worcester. DCAMM will consider spaces ranging from 4,000 to 7,000 usable square feet. The lease term is ten years.
