Description
The Central Massachusetts Regional 911 District is seeking proposals from qualified property owners for the long-term lease of a building to serve as the District's Emergency Communications Center and administrative offices. The facility must be capable of supporting approximately 40-50 communications positions and associated support functions, with a minimum useable building area of 35,000 square feet. The RFP package will be available beginning August 17, 2026, and sealed proposals must be received by October 1, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. Questions must be submitted in writing by September 8, 2026.
