Description
This Request for Information seeks commercial sources capable of furnishing, transporting, and delivering recurring bulk quantities of Diesel Fuel No. 2, authorized ultra-low-sulfur diesel alternatives, and regular unleaded gasoline meeting specified commercial, ASTM, or military-equivalent standards. The requirement covers approximately 480,000 U.S. gallons annually for Logistics Support Area Jenkins and approximately 1,800,000 U.S. gallons annually for Prince Sultan Air Base, with estimated delivery beginning December 1, 2026. These quantities and dates are planning estimates for market research and may change in a future solicitation. Vendors must provide tank trucks with onboard pumps, calibrated meters, metered delivery tickets, suitable hoses, and military-compatible couplings to offload directly into government fuel bladders and storage tanks without government pumping assistance. Respondents must address fuel sourcing and traceability, prohibition of Russian-origin fuel, Saudi regulatory permits, installation access and escort procedures, delivery cadence, surge capability, transit routes, tax and customs coordination, and relevant fuel-delivery experience.
