Description
The State of New Jersey, through the Department of the Treasury's Division of Purchase and Property, is seeking a comprehensive web-enabled Software as a Service solution for the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development's Office of Income Security. The solution will replace the Employer Accounts System, Employer Accounts Audits Application, and Employer Access portal while managing Unemployment Insurance, Temporary Disability Insurance, Family Leave Insurance, and Workforce taxes. The scope includes employer registration and account management, wage and contribution reporting, payments, collections, audits, appeals, document imaging and workflow, reporting, fraud detection, integrations, data conversion and migration, implementation, training, in-person implementation support, and ongoing maintenance and operations. The revised solicitation confirms a six-year base term with up to four one-year extensions, a mandatory 15 percent performance security requirement, and electronic submission through NJSTART. The State requires six years of base-term pricing on the revised price sheet and states that the procurement is 100 percent state-funded.
