Description
The Development Authority of Columbus is soliciting bids for civil site work at Parcels 12, 13, and 19 within Muscogee Technology Park. The project includes vegetation clearing, stripping, excavation, cut-and-fill operations, placement and compaction of suitable fill, rough and finish grading, and establishment of building pads and site elevations. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, hauling, and incidental work, including temporary and permanent erosion and sedimentation control. The work will be awarded as one contract and must be completed in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and applicable requirements. A 5% bid bond is required, and the successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the bid amount.
