Description
The Columbus Consolidated Government Police Department is offering one lot of 306 confiscated firearms plus seven .223-caliber upper receivers for credit toward or exchange for Heckler & Koch MR556 A4 SBR 11-inch rifles, Part No. 81001048, with specified accessories. Bidders must state the quantity of rifles and accessories offered in exchange; the City will award to the highest responsive and responsible bidder offering the greatest purchase credit or swap, in the City's best interest. The firearms are offered as-is, where-is, without warranties. Bidders must be licensed firearms dealers and submit the required bid forms, licenses, affidavits, bid security, business-license documentation, and Form W-9. Responses must be submitted electronically through OpenBids as one PDF file, while the physical bid-security check or bond must also be mailed. The bid security is five percent of the total bid offer.
