Description
The Columbus Consolidated Government is soliciting bids for labor, equipment, and materials to resurface tennis courts at Lakebottom Park and Double Churches Park. Work includes cleaning and repairing existing asphalt surfaces, preparing surfaces for new green surfacing material, repainting court lines, cleaning the sites, and providing a warranty of at least 10 years for the Lakebottom surfacing. At Lakebottom Park, the contractor will resurface four tennis courts, replace net posts and add center-strap connection points, repaint the posts, and install four new tennis nets. At Double Churches Park, the contractor will convert one existing tennis court area into two regulation tennis courts and two regulation pickleball courts, including removal or replacement of specified net posts, installation of two new pickleball net posts, and installation of two new tennis nets and two new pickleball nets. The bid must include the required affidavits, compliance forms, qualifications and work guarantee, maintenance plan, warranty information, bid security, business-license documentation, insurance information, and other listed submission materials.
