Description
The Columbus Consolidated Government is soliciting bids for a two-year annual contract, with three additional twelve-month renewal options, to provide a broad range of electrical fixtures, parts, and supplies on an as-needed basis. The pricing schedule includes conduit and fittings, wiring, pull boxes, ballasts, photocells, receptacles, switches, fuses, connectors, PVC components, tools, lighting supplies, and related electrical materials. Bidders must provide pricing for listed items and a percentage discount for unlisted items. The successful vendor must maintain at least 80% of the listed electrical items in stock, operate a business within Muscogee County, Georgia, and provide on-site personnel for authorized City walk-in purchases. The bid requires completion of the City's bid and pricing forms, affidavits and compliance forms, insurance checklist, business-license documentation, and a W-9. The response must be submitted electronically through OpenBids as one PDF, with the pricing pages submitted using the provided Excel spreadsheet.
